WAM, in partnership with Act-Belong-Commit, is pleased to announce a series of free song writing workshops at The Cannery in Esperance this July.

The workshops present a unique opportunity for aspiring young song writers to develop their skills in writing and arranging under the guidance of members of local Esperance band Grand Casual.

Over the course of 3 sessions, participants will learn about the process of free writing and how to prepare and record demos. The workshops will also encourage and promote Healthway’s message of Act-Belong-Commit and maintaining positive mental health through creative expression and connecting with others.

Session 1 - Friday 19th July

Session 2 - Friday 26th July

Session 3 - Friday 2nd August

The workshops are open to participants ages 12 and over and youth are encouraged to apply. To RSVP or for more information, please contact Em Burrows em@wam.org.au.
